DeShone Kizer will start for the Browns in Week 7

Browns quarterback DeShone Kizer was benched for the team's Week 6 33-17 road loss against the Texans last Sunday, but he has already won his job back.
On Wednesday, the Browns announced that Kizer will start Sunday's game against the Titans.
Head coach Hue Jackson hinted on Monday that Kizer might start in Week 7, believing that the rookie from Notre Dame "learned a lot of things" while watching the game against the Texans from the sidelines. The decision to give Kizer his job back probably has more to do with Kevin Hogan's poor performance. Hogan threw for just 140 yards with three interceptions and just one touchdown.
Jackson still trusts Kizer but the Browns should be careful with him. This will be another losing season in Cleveland, so there's no point in ruining Kizer's confidence, but Jackson is coaching for his job, so he can't use Hogan under center if he keeps struggling the way he did against the Texans. Looselines Sportsbook has the Browns as six-point home underdogs against the Titans while the total is at 46.5.
